You don’t need to be from Haverhill or part of our program to come in and get to work! We are here for all area cheerleaders that need gym time to level up!

Class Descriptions
Beginner Tumbling
This class is to incorporate the basics forward rolls, handstands bridges and fundamentals skills for developmental tumbling.
1.Forward Roll
2. Backward Roll
3. Handstand (floor) & against the wall (stomach facing wall) 10 sec
4. Standing Bridge to 5 sec hold with kick over to lunge
5. Handstand to bridge with a stand up
Stretch and Conditioning
This class will focus on core strength development through low-impact exercises. Coach will incorporate the use of the light weights, stretching, and across-the-floor work. Classes are easy to follow and held in a comfortable, non-competitive environment. This class is for ALL levels.
Improve flexibility, jumps and core stability.
Intermediate Tumbling
This class is to incorporate intermediate skills and developmental skills for advanced tumbling.
1. Front walkover
2. Back walkover
3. Back handspring
4. Back handspring step out (mat)
5. One arm cartwheel
6. Aerial prep (dive cartwheel)
7. Front handspring (mats)
8. Round off 2 back handsprings (mats)
Stunt Group
Athletes will learn how to fly or base in a traditional stunt group as well as partner stunting style with our experienced coaches. Bring a full stunt group to work on leveling up! This is a perfect class for anyone preparing for the competition season or getting ready for college tryouts.
Advanced Tumbling
Advanced classes are designated for athletes working round off series
1. Round off back tuck
2. Round off back handspring back tuck
3. Standing back handspring Series 3x
4. Aerial (off bi-fold)
5. Front handspring punch
6. Standing tuck (mat)
7. Standing back handspring step out round off back handspring back tuck
8. Round off 3 back handsprings to back tuck.
Flyer Stretch
A class for cheerleaders who want to take an extra step in developing their flexibility and body strength. This class is for flyers and focuses on the flexibility required to pull body positions and the correct way to pull each body position.

TIny / Youth Tumble
A fun class of basic tumbling and gymnastics skills as well as body awareness and control. In this class we incorporate games and obstacle courses for movement.
Co-ed Clinics or Classes
In this class or clinic, the athlete will learn the fundamentals of co-ed stunting and will perform co-ed stunts under the direction of College level athletes and coaches.
Team Tumble
Sign up your high school, middle school or youth team to work on tumbling with our instructors. Email to schedule your personal coaching sessions.
Clinics
All our clinics will be broken down by level and ages. These clinics will focus on specific skills and safe progression. View our calendar or home page to see the planned events that are upcoming.
Private /Group Lessons
These 30 or 50 min lessons will be taught by our coaches and instructors. Each parent may contact the coach of their choice for a specific lesson. Some lessons are one on one, some are in small groups.
Examples of private lessons offered are: Flyer Stretch, Tumbling (by Levels), Tumbling technique, Stunt group technique and Flyer Technique.
